• Don’t smoke, keep alcohol moderate
• Stay at a healthy weight, exercise regularly
• Eat more veggies (especially tomatoes, cruciferous veg) and less processed/red meat
• Keep blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol under control
• Know your family history and get regular checkups/PSA tests from around 45–50 (earlier if high risk)
