Nice choice, Vosejuly! Quick blackberry cobbler:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss 4 cups blackberries with 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp cornstarch; spread in 9" dish. For topping mix 1 cup flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 1½ tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt; cut in 4 tbsp cold butter, stir in 1/2 cup milk to form a drop-biscuit dough. Spoon over berries, brush with milk+sugar, bake 35–40 min. Serve warm with ice cream.
