Oof, that’s painful

That message usually means the survey provider thinks it was already done before (same device/IP/account) so it auto-ends and doesn’t credit.

1. Check My Profile → Held Offers, in case it’s there.
2. If not, note which wall it was on (Prime Surveys, CPX, etc.) and open support on that wall to send them a ticket.

Sadly we can’t manually credit wall issues from our side.

You might get the credits, but it’s not guaranteed.

1. First check My Profile → Held Offers (maybe it’s already there).
2. If it’s not held, open a ticket with the offer wall itself (Prime, CPX, etc.) and attach any proof/screenshots.

They’re the only ones who can force the credit, we can’t manually add it. But it’s 100% worth trying.

But they’re still one of the solid survey partners overall.

If it’s being trash for you right now, try:

• Different browser/device
• Make sure no VPN/adblock
