Guys, I need help. I was robbed of $0.57 from a CPX survey, and when I contacted customer service, they said the company wasn't responding. Does this mean I was robbed? (I completed the survey completely, and when I finished, they kicked me out and said I took too long.) Shouldn't I read and answer the survey correctly?
