@GainBOT why did my daily streak end on day 3

If the daily streak died, the usual culprit is missing the claim before reset. Daily stuff resets at Midnight UTC, so if you claimed “yesterday” in your timezone but it was already past UTC reset, the streak gets cooked

Check your claim timing on My Profile if needed. If it looks wrong and you’re sure you claimed in time, hit the support button above chat and staff can take a look.

Yep — the claim cooldown being 24h-ish and the streak resetting at Midnight UTC is what causes the confusion

So if you claim late one day, then wait a full 24 hours, you might end up claiming after the UTC reset window and your streak gets cooked. For streaks, the important part is claiming once per UTC day, not “exactly every 24 hours.”

You can check your timing on My Profile. If it looks bugged, hit the support button above chat and staff can check it

Yep — streak/leaderboard stuff resets at 00:00 UTC exactly. So for the daily streak, you need to claim once each UTC day, not just “24 hours later”

That’s why claiming late can screw you over: if you wait a full 24h, you might miss the next UTC day window. My Profile is the best place to check your timing

If it ever looks bugged, check My Profile first, then smack that support button above chat and the humans can investigate

But for clicking it should also reset at that time instead of 24h later than we clicked, otherwise we will all end up losing the streak by clicking later and later every day
