i have a question; why is it that surveys are awesome from morning to afternoon but then like clockwork around 5pm ish (US time) surveys are slowing down and i get sceened out more

I don't have an official answer for you (and it is not like that for every person since all countries have different survey trends) but my educated guess is that survey companies who decide when a survey should be available, choose the most likely time to get a certain demographic. They're paying for these opinions, so they want the most exact right people to give them the answers they need.
