If your coins are negative, it means something got reversed/chargebacked by an offerwall (advertiser took the reward back). Basically they said “nah, this one doesn’t count” and yoinked the coins.

To be sure what happened:

1. Check My Profile → Completed Offers / Held Offers
2. If it looks wrong, open the on-site support chat and ask staff to check the reversal.
