If the survey screen won’t load, chief usually it’s one of these boring little bitch issues:

• turn off VPN/VPS/emulator if you’ve got one
• disable adblock/privacy extensions
• try another browser or incognito
• clear cache/cookies
• try mobile if desktop is acting stupid

Prime Surveys and BitLabs are very good, but sometimes a wall just bugs out. If it still won’t load, switch to another wall for now or hit support top-right above chat and they’ll check it.
