i've never seen a survey where the hold kicks in. only a few of the high-level game offers. usually you get the coins pretty instantly, and I haven't seen delays with withdrawal

i'd recommend looking up some of the torox offers before doing them. usually the best info you'll get is forewarning if it's going to want info you don't want some random app to have, but fairly often you're also gonna find people who have done a similiar offer and will say if it's sketchy
