They allowed me to do 2 surveys then when I cashout they say multi accounts. I live in a group environment, we are not affiliated. Some1 else just happened to have an account

That is not scamming, that's anti-fraud measures.

Prevents bot farms, or someone with multiple accounts taking the same surveys on multiple platforms at once under different accounts.

You should talk to the mods and explain your situation. Maybe they can give you a pass? I have no clue

Group living is usually low income and meant to keep people trapped, so I know how much it means to have a way to scrape a few extra bucks over time.
