So for example on my main account I had over $1000 earned and less than $5 CB so my chargeback rate was under 0.005%

staf also know that chargebacks happen sometimes for reasons beyond the users control so that's factored in as well

Eg surveys sometimes just chargeback. But offers if they chargeback it's usually because someone has done something sus
