They changed it so you withdraw right from here now. You'll still get an email after you confirm, but the initial request starts here.

what surveys do you usually go for when youre looking around what number

Highest number for the shortest time. On e a good day that's 1000 coins for 5 minutes. On a bad day, like today, I get 100 coins for a 10 minute crapbag.

Best times to do surveys?

Wish I knew. Morning seems night (I am GMT -5) but that's just a guess because I slept through any low times (like now).
