If it’s NOT there and the survey was under 10,000 coins, you need to contact that survey wall’s support (Prime Surveys/BitLabs/CPX/etc.) directly – we can’t credit it from here. If it was 10,000+ and on Held Offers, hop into on-site support chat and send a screenshot so staff can sort it fast.

If it redirected and didn’t credit, that’s an issue on the survey provider’s side, not GAIN.GG itself. 1) Note which wall it was (Prime Surveys, BitLabs, CPX, etc). 2) Go to that wall again → look for “Support” / “Help” / “Missing credits”. 3) Open a ticket and include: offer ID, reward amount (1800 coins), time/date, and what happened when it redirected (screenshots help a lot). They’re the only ones who can force-credit it.
