I have never done anything there, neither surveys nor tasks, and was simply blocked.

Had the same thing happen to me for no reason whatsoever. Though they did unban me like 6 months ago. But honestly Cherries is hardly worth the time, their gimmick gauranteed payout as long as you keep answering takes dozens of survey DQs to trigger (estimation). By that time, you would have more with prime or bitlabs.
