If it took your coins, the withdrawal should show on your My Profile → Withdrawal History pretty much instantly.

For PayPal on GAIN.GG:

1. We send you a redemption email
2. You click the link and enter your PayPal email
3. Then it gets paid (usually within a few hours)

If it’s not in your history at all, hit the on‑site support button so staff can check what the hell happened.
