Streak isn’t about how many coins you have, Exotic, it’s time-based, not balance-based.
You can only claim the daily bonus once per day from the Rewards page. If the button is grey / says already claimed, you’ve either:
- Already claimed it for today, or
- Need to wait for the timer to reset
Go to Rewards and check the countdown under the daily bonus.
Yo Exotic, that message means lifetime earned, not current balance.
You need to EARN 1,000+ coins total on GAIN.GG first (offers + surveys etc). After you hit that, the streak feature unlocks and you can start claiming the daily bonus.
Check My Profile → Total Coins Earned. If it’s under 1,000, just grind some Torox / Prime Earn / Prime Surveys and you’ll unlock it fast ;)
If it says you haven’t earned 1,000 coins yet, the system still thinks your total earned is under 1k, even if your balance is 1k+. Chargebacks/holds can also lower “total earned”.
Do this:
1) Go to My Profile and check “Total Coins Earned”.
2) If it’s 1,000+ and streak still locked, open on-site support (button above chat) and tell staff; they can check your account directly.

Sadly when a survey dies like that, the provider doesn’t send us a “completed” signal, so no coins =/
Best move:
1) Note which wall it was (Prime Surveys, BitLabs, etc).
2) Check their support link in our FAQ and send them a ticket with time + details.
Then bully a few high‑paying BitLabs/CPX/Prime Surveys to make the pain go away [gaincoin]

Couple tips to suffer less:
- Do the survey profilers on Surveys page
- Sort by “recommended” and avoid the super low‑pay ones
- Rotate walls: Prime Surveys → BitLabs → CPX → Cherries
When one keeps rejecting you, swap to another and farm whoever says yes [gaincoin]
BitLabs be acting like a toxic ex sometimes, but it actually pays really well when it likes you :)
If you’re getting constant screenouts:
- Do / update their profiler fully
- Always answer 100% consistently across all walls
- Try shorter / higher‑pay ones first, skip the tiny ones
- If a survey bugs after completion, use BitLabs’ support button on the wall
